Dining Options in Epcot-12/24

We will be at Epcot on Christmas Eve, and have a few different options for dining. Either Akershus, Tokyo Dining, Monsieur Paul, or Chefs de France. The only one of these that I have been to is Chefs de France and I really enjoyed it. It is going to be myself (a college student), my brother who is in high school, and my father so there is no concern of child diners. Let me know what you would recommend!

Don't choose Tokyo Dining. We ate there today. Service was so slow. Tempura was soggy. There were 5 of us. Two people ordered the same things and the dishes were not consistant and neither tasted good. As far as service is concerned it was the classic "too many chiefs and not enough indians". Three manager types did nothing. Four girls were just in charge of organizing the reservation counter. Tables went uncleared for far too long. They just couldn't get their act together.
