Okay, on wonder we gain 10-15 pounds every year.

We are doing Deluxe Dining again, and I always try to do a signature at night. We tried to do things we had never done before this year except for a couple of mainstays (California Grill, CRT, and HDDR are ones we do over and over)

Day 1: Crystal Palace Dinner (We could do a lunch, but tired of Tony's or Liberty Tree, nothing else in MK)
Day 2: Ohana Breakfast, Biergarten late lunch, California Grill late dinner for anniversary
Day 3: Yak and Yeti Lunch, Jiko Dinner (Jiko is new for us)
Day 4: Sci Fi Diner Lunch, Hollywood Brown Derby Fantasmic Package Dinner
Day 5: Kona Cafe Breakfast, Hoop Dee Doo Review Dinner
Day 6: Chef Mickey's Breakfast, Via Napoli Lunch, Cinderella's Royal Table Late Dinner

We still have enough credits for two meals if anyone has anything we really should try! Thanks for your feedback guys.

Yummmm, looks like such a delicious lineup. If you have the credits left over, why not change Crystal Palace to lunch. I've enjoyed the lunch there a lot. Then, you could try to grab another signature for that night and use the credits. You could even stay around MK if you want to go back afterwards, say at Narcoosee or Citricos. Or, you could do one of my personal favorites, either WCC or Ohana for dinner, both a short trip from MK. Of course, WCC and Ohana are only one credit each so that would leave you some room for another breakfast (my favorite meal of the day!). Seems like you have a whole AK day planned with Yak and Yeti and Jiko. Maybe open with a Tusker House breakfast??? Otherwise, have so much fun and enjoy every bite!!

Am I missing the math?
Day 1 = 1 credit
Day 2 = 4 credits
Day 3 = 2 credits
Day 4 = 3 credits
Day 5 = 3 credits
Day 6 = 4 credits
total = 17 credits. Are you staying 6 nights? Then you have 18 credits, so you've only got 1 left to use.

How late are you arriving on day 1? Do you have time for a TS lunch? If so I'd try one of the monorail resorts since you must be going to MK (CP dinner). How about lunch at Kona, the Wave, or GF Cafe?

Otherwise, the only good place I see to use 1 credit is breakfast on the DHS day. It's not TS but I'd recommend using the credit for a CS breakfast at Starring Rolls (great pastries)

 Tony’s is great if you get outdoor seating right before the afternoon parade! Try it out, you will love the view.

Day 2: Ohana Breakfast, Biergarten late lunch, California Grill late dinner for anniversary

 Great choice on Cali Grill!

Day 3: Yak and Yeti Lunch, Jiko Dinner (Jiko is new for us)

 Boma is great too 

Day 4: Sci Fi Diner Lunch, Hollywood Brown Derby Fantasmic Package Dinner

 Sci Fi is a great option and I love 50’s Prime time for entertainment. Now wouldn’t it be fun to see your significant other standing in the corner? Check out 50’s if you can

Day 5: Kona Cafe Breakfast, Hoop Dee Doo Review Dinner

 I love Grand Floridian Café for breakfast, why not take a chance and check it out? They even have lobster on the breakfast menu!

Day 6: Chef Mickey's Breakfast, Via Napoli Lunch, Cinderella's Royal Table Late Dinner

 Wow you are going to be full this day!!!

I would also check out Raglan Road in DTD, it might be a great option for Day 1 if you do lunch instead.

Actually, we are 7 nights, so that is why we have the extra. We have eaten at Kona, Wave, and GF Cafe. We LOVED the Wave for dinner. We will be there that morning on day 1. We are actually coming in the night before and staying at some resort (to be determined) before we check in for our package. (We did this last year and it worked out great). Hmmm, maybe something close for bfast or even Casey's Corner for lunch?

Ahh - you have 21 total credits and only have used 17, leaving 4. You have potential meals of breakfast & lunch Day 1, breakfast Day 3, breakfast Day 4, and lunch Day 5. Some of these will depend on the timing of your other ADRs: late breakfast + early dinner = snack for lunch. Or late night the night before + early lunch = last night's leftover dessert for breakfast (been there, done that ;)).

Possible options: on Day 1 you could do a breakfast at a resort before heading to the MK. Cape May and Boma are both nice buffets, or you could get your Tonga Toast fix at Kona that day and switch your Day 5 breakfast to a different resort. Day 1 lunch at Casey's is a possibility, or even one of the fun nearby CS options (Capt Cook for a Dole Whip, anyone?) (does Gasparilla Grill still have lobster mac-n-cheese for lunch?). On Day 3 breakfast at Tusker House immediately suggests itself, unless you have an early lunch at Y&Y. On Day 4 I'd either suggest a TS breakfast at your own resort or a lighter CS breakfast at Starring Rolls. Day 5 is the biggest question mark: where you are going to be will determine lunch (and possibly breakfast, if you decide to swop out Kona/do it Day 1 instead for convenience to the MK).
