Does anyone have any suggestions for dining in or around Magic Kingdom using the Dining Plan, and only 1 TS?

It would help to know what kind of dining you're looking for, because there are a wide range of choices, that would appeal variably to different sets of preferences.
My personal favorite, in the MK area, only 1 TS, is Whispering Canyon, at the Wilderness Lodge.
