Call at exactly 90 days for any Epcot restaurant you wish to eat at and they will ask for CC, but you can cancel upto 48 hrs. We ate at Teppanyaki for 2002-3 NYE and Brown Derby 2003-4. We did park hop from MGM to Epcot and had no trouble getting in at 4pm to Epcot, but MK closed to all guests by 10am, so if you want to be at MK, get there early and plan to stay and make a 90 day PS for in the park. Epcot also has a special party at the old Millenium Village building. It is called Rock and Rock NYE and it has buffet, bands, dancing, kids activities and you can do any Epcot activity and came and go as you please . It is extra $$$, and we asked 13 DS last year if he wanted to do it and he preferred, just touring regularly. They also give out noisemakers and hats around 6pm.

we will be at BCV 12/26-12/31/04 so we miss NYE at WDW this year, but we are spending it at Disney HHI resort on our way back to Bosotn
