Dining in Epcot and watching illuminations

where can we eat and watch illuminations??? I want to try somewhere new.

Definite view of Illuminations: Rose & Crown (from the patio; you'd have to make a PS for a couple of hours before fireworks time or so and hope they assign you to a patio table. Rose & Crown will no longer allow diners to wait for a patio table once you check in. They'll seat you inside if that's what comes up first.

There's also the Cantina de San Angel (that's the outside counter service area at Mexico) but you have to get there very early and stake out a table.

Possibly there's a view from the Matsu No Ma lounge in Japan. It's very small, though. I don't know anybody who's tried eating and viewing from here.
