Dining during Illuminations

Can someone tell me which resturaunts in Epcot can you eat and view Illuminations ??

I know Rose & Crown and I've read that you can with some Bistro de Paris seating. You should be able to at the Mexican counter service restaurant as well. I can,t think of others but there may be.

Not just the fireworks but ALL of Illuminations including the globe floating on WS Lagoon. It just isn't the same w/o seeing the globe.
