dining dress code for men?

We will be on the 3 day Wonder Sept 19-22. Which evening does my dh have to wear a Sport coat and the 2 other nights is a Polo type pullover shirt ok?

A jacket is suggested for the night you will be in Tritons. A golf shirt and slacks will be fine on the other nights. That is what my DH is planning to do.
