Dining discount card

I read someplace that there is a discount card that you can purchase to get a discount on dining. What is this card? Where do I get it and how much is it? We are eatin at the following locations:
Kona
Narcoossee
Spoodles
Boma
Coral Reef
Princess Storybook
Jiko's
Ohana DInner
Ohana Breakfast

I figure with the places that we have chosen to eat at, if I can get any kind of discount, that would be great.

I think you can only get one if you're a FL resident or annual/seasonal passholder.

I have had this card maybe three times and it is great......here is the info for the card and where you can go with it ......also with an AP you can get discounts sometimes on your room ....so all in all we get great discounts
