We just returned from WDW today and had approximately 7 table service meals. The worse service and food were at the buffet meals which for us were Crystal Palace, Akershus, and Biergarten. We encountered no long waits but the quality of service was not in our opinion worthy of the tip and my husband only tipped 15% for these meals versus 20% for the table service meals ( Le Cellier, Cinderella's Royal Table, Olivia's, and Sci-Fi).
I've been going to WDW since 1971 and this was my third time on the Disney Dining Plan. My biggest complaint is that the quality of the food is certainly not what it was during the early days or even 5 years ago.
