Dining Disaster...Advice Needed!!

I just found out that our TA messed up our dining reservation for the two most important meals of the trip. We need reservations for 8 and we have reservations for 4. It's for Chef Mickey's and Cinderella's Royal Table. I have already checked and there is nothing else available. What do I do? Is there any hope? I'm so upset I could cry!

I believe there's really not much you can do other than to stalk the dining website.
I would stalk for another table for 4, if your party can be split up, as well as for 8.

We arrive on the November 14th. Our reservations were on the 14th and
16th.
Looks like I will spend every waking minute on the dining website

Things do open up as the date approaches, so don't give up hope.

I can check every time I am online, too, and PM you with anything.
You basically just want to do dinner at either restaurant on those two dates for party of 8. What's your ideal time slot?
Can you be flexible about which restaurant is which night?

Watch the cancellation thread. I've managed to get Chef Mickeys for 7 on my sons birthday just yesterday. People book and then plans change. It's possible if you watch it daily.

We need Chef Mickeys for dinner on 11/14 or 11/16 (we already have 4 on the 14th so would really only need another table for 4)

For CRT we could do Breakfast or lunch (have breakfast reservations already) on the 16th, or anytime on 11/15.

I'm trying to be as flexible as possible to make this work.

Keep looking! I switched my days of two of my parks and wasn't sure I'd be able to get the ADR I wanted (my dates are 11/13-11/17), but I lucked out. Hoping something opens up for you!

Definitely keep checking multiple times a day, even when youre in disney! Use your smartphone/laptop etc and also remember that concierge can check for you as well! You can also call. There are so many ways you can check multiple times even while at disney. I always got what i wanted just by being very persistent and never giving up!

BTW, you should consider booking your own dining reservations next time. I cannot imagine letting someone have control over my ADRs.

You need to include everyone who will be at the table regardless of age, whether they're eating or not so you'll need reservations for 8 because of safety and fire code regulations.

Party of 8. Every body that walks (or wheels or is carried or any other means) into the restaurant has to be accounted for.

What time is your existing reservation at Chef Mickeys at on November 14th? I have a reservation for 4 at 7:45pm that I may be cancelling. I need to go through our reservations and finalize them and I'm hoping to do this over the weekend.
