1) We've been value / mod vacationers, so we're used to having a food court. We don't mind eating cereal or oatmeal in our room if we have to, but we do (did?) like the occasional food court breakfast (not just pastries)
2) In looking at my plans, I have ZERO Epcot / Boardwalk dining ressies. We have a Sci Fi at DHS but that's it. We do plan on trying food from the Epcot Holiday Kitchens as much as possible since it's available during our trip.
3) We are planning on spending at least 50% of our time in the Epcot / HS / Boardwalk area.
4) One of my D's has a medical condition that makes it necessary for her to eat frequently. She obviously carries a few snacks at all times, but she tends to enjoy "real food" and also tends to favor healthy food. She's also lactose intolerant. No problem. lol
So....I'm starting to worry about food for this trip! Anyone want to suggest some places that I should be stalking for ADRs or offer tips on the best QS options? I definitely need to know where on the Boardwalk my best option to find a "fast meal" will be for my D. As she can go from "I'm fine" to "I need food NOW" pretty quickly. Or where we can find even just a dish of fresh fruit or some carrots, celery and hummus....that kind of thing..
Thanks!
