Dining Choices

What restaurant would you reccommend for us? My hubby & I are going for our 10 yr. anniv. w/o the kids!! We would like to have at least one nice dinner while we are there. Thanks!

I've been hearing excellent reviews of California Grill and Jiko. I've never been to either one but I would prob pick one of those based on the reviews on this board.

Happy anniversary! As you can see from my countdown we are doing the exact same thing...an anniversary trip(without our kids) for our 10th.

Last year we had our anniversary dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse and it was amazing. I was torn between going back there or trying CA Grill, but so far, Im 99.9% sure(things are always subject to change ) we will be going back to Yachtsman.

Good luck deciding. There really are a lot of great "nicer" restaurants in WDW.

My DH & I are going to do our 2nd anniversary this year at the Yachtsman Steakhouse and then go on the Illuminations Cruise. I heard great things about both. Good luck planning and Happy Anniversary.

i'd suggest either jiko or artist point. my husband had the best meal of our lives at artist point several years ago and have never been disappointed since!!

If you want to be in the MK....Cinderella's Royal Table
in Epcot....Le Cellier
MGM....Brown Derby
nowhere in the AK...sorry

Or head to a resort
Grand Floridian...Narcoossee's or Victoria and Albert's
Animal Kingdom Lodge....Jiko
Yacht/Beach Club...Yachtsman Steakhouse

There are so many choices!! More than I have listed for sure, but it's a start! Let us know which one you choose!!

I thought this was breakfast only. Am I wrong?

We love the Yachtsman. We just had an outstanding dinner there a few months ago. Service was outstanding. We've dined at CG and liked it but it depends on your tastes. Sad to say dh and I just aren't into the menu at CG as much as we are meat and potatoes lovers so therefor we prefer the menu at the YS. Enjoy your anniversary no matter where you choose!!

They serve lunch and dinner too! The characters are only there for breakfast, for dinner there will be a more grown up crowd. We have never gone for dinner, but it sounds so romantic! (If you would like to celebrate with a glass of wine or something, remember that there isn't any of that in the MK. )

DH and I are going for our 30th! Me and my Prince Charming will be eating dinner at Cinderalla's Royal Table! Only the breakfast at CRT has characters, not dinner.

DH and I will be celebrating our 22nd..... Last year, on our 21st, I told him we were FINALLY legal!

Happy Aniversary!

Victoria & Albert's comes immediately to mind for such an occasion. But that's pretty expensive.

Artist Point at the WL is a very nice romantic setting. That would probably be my second choice. Also consider the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club.

Thanks so much for all your advice everyone! I'm going to check out the menus for the Yachtsman and Cinderealla. I will let you know what I choose.
Also, how do you get the countdown to show up????? I thought I did it right but apparently not!
