Lunch - Counter Service @ Typhoon Lagoon

Thanks and I look forward to your feedback!

I think you made some great choices. The only things I would maybe change or consider would be do Mama Melrose instead of Brown Derby. You are going at the perfect time to go!!! Enjoy!!! :flower:

Great choices but seems like you're going to be bouncing around a bit. For example you're at AK in the morning and MGM in the evening or you're at Sea World during the day and Epcot at night. Not that there's anything wrong with that but it could be more efficient. Perhaps you could go to a parks' restaurant on the day you visit the park. Does that make sense? You've got good choices but since it's your vacation I know you want to maximize your time.

The best meal we had on our last trip 5/14-5/21 was 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian. The atmosphere was wonderful and I cannot say enought the food.

Thanks for the info... As for the hopping between parks, that is something we typically do on vacations (hopper passes). Usually we go to one park in the morning then a different park in the evening with breaks in the afternoons. Since we will be at the Swan, going from the hotel to MGM or Epcot is short walk or boat ride...

MHO:

breakfast at Spoodles = :)

breakfast at Chef Mickey's = :sad2:

Since my GF is insisting on Chef Mickey's, I do not think I can remove that one. She is looking forward to seeing the Mouse... I would pick O'Hana over that (I know it has Mickey also, but she wants to see Chef Mickey - do not ask me why), but sometimes just gotta go with the flow... Brown Derby is another one I could do without, but I know Dad would be disappointed. That in mind, I can handle a couple of meals at restaurants that I would not necessarily pick myself (Chef Mickey's and Brown Derby)...
