Dining availability for July?

My first trip back since before “the year that shall not be named” lol and I have purposely not been paying much attention to updates so that leaves me a little out of the loop. Looking for restaurants and dining recommendations but I know some are still not open. Is there a link that has up to date lists of what restaurants are open? And interested in your opinion on quality/menu changes.
This is an adult only trip, so it doesn’t matter that there are no character meals. Staying at boardwalk

Right now rely on Disney for what’s open and limited menus. Things have changed so much I’m not sure if any of the other sites are current.

The Disney site is definitely the best right now for determining what restaurants are open. If you look under the Dining heading you can see the screen where it lists all that open first & then below that it shows all the ones that aren't open yet. If you click on a particular restaurant you can see the menu for it as well. I can't give any recommendations as we haven't been since before "the year that should not be mentioned".
