Dining at Universal

Are there menus posted anywhere on the web for the park's (both park's) restaurants? I know I have seen them for Disney, but not Universal. Sorry if I have missed them somewhere here.
And how is the dining there? Are reservations made way out like Disney, or is it easier to just "go with the flow", so to speak? And any highly recommended restaurants at either the Portofino or Royal Pacific? It has been years since I have been there, so I am loking for any input. Oh and also CityWalk??

We just got back after a week at Universal and as far as I am concerned I thought the food was terriffic .Margaritaville,The Hard Rock Cafe,Pastamore, and the Latin Quarter were among our favorites.

The only restaurant we made a reservation at was Margaritaville and I am very glad we did. We had a seating for 745 pm and got seated at about 830pm but they were telling people at the desk there was a 3 hour wait.

Tchoup Chop at the Royal Pacific is top notch. The best I've ever done. Reservations are pretty much required....or you'll never get in.

My favorite restaurant there is Mythos in Islands of Adventure.
Fantastic atmosphere, GREAT food and service.
Also really like Lombard's Landing in Universal Studios and Latin Quarter in City Walk.
Tchoup Chop in the Royal Pacific Resort is fantastic also.
