Dining at Narcoossee's to see Wishes?

Hello all!

Just joined; this is my first post here.

I will be at the world with some friends from August 17-23 to celebrate my graduating with a Masters degree. I just had one question and was wondering if anyone could chime in with some advice. I am planning to dine at Narcoossee's for dinner on August 18, as this is the day I will be at the Magic Kingdom so I can take advantage of the evening EMH. We want to see Wishes from the deck just outside the restaurant if possible. I currently have two ADRs booked on the website, one for 7:50 PM and one for 8:55 PM. I need to cancel one of them. My question is, which ADR do you recommend I keep? If I kept the one for 8:55 PM, the only thing I'm worried about is that Wishes would start just at the time that they bring our entrees, and we of course do not want our food to get cold. If I kept the one for 7:50 PM, I'm not sure if we would finish way before the fireworks begin and whether we would need to leave the restaurant and go back to MK in order to see them. What do you all think?

When we dine at Narcoossee's, we always make the ADR about one hour before the fireworks. By the time we check in and get a table, we just let the server know we want to go out and see the fireworks. They have always been very accomodating.... usually bringing the appetizer and holding off on the entree until after the fireworks. They are very used to everyone wanting to watch and go out of their way to make sure it happens. Of course, a window table helps (when we were there last the porch was closed due to bugs so no-one blocked the view)
