Has anyone noticed a difference in using the website vs the mobile App to book ADRs?

Yesterday was my 60 day mark. We are staying at AoA, so I was looking forward to planning all days we are staying.

On the website using my laptop - and the website on my phone (I tried multiple locations), I could only view the 60th day. Despite being logged in. I even went to "my plans" first to click on "make reservations". But, when I use the MDE mobile App on my phone, I can see the dates from my whole stay. Trying to look for something for my 63rd day.

I also notice that I could not book CRT from my phone, but I did see an availability while using the website. I wonder if they have two different pools of availability?

Not sure on pools of availability. When booking for our trip, I used both web and MDE app, because I could adjust the owner of a reservation on the web. I am traveling with 10 others and needed to book two reservations at the same restaurant for around the same time. The web version allows you to assign anyone in your friends/family list to manage a particular reservation. Please note that if any changes/cancellations are needed the individual assigned would need to either use their MDE account or call in to make changes.

I tried to book TRex for dinner via website & it said no availability. But, when I used the MDE, it showed openings.

Same thing happened with CRT. :confused3

I know this thread is old but in case anyone is still reading... I just booked this morning and had a similar experience. What I discovered is that when I went on the website, it originally only showed 60 days out. But if I clicked on any random date, it would bring up the reservation window with another calendar, and on that calendar I had access to all 60 + 10.

I also strongly suspect based on my experience that they have different pools of availability for the app and the website. I went to book HDDR on the website, and for my preferred date they only had the 4:00 showing and category 2 seating available. I was happy with 4:00, but really wanted category 3 seating. So out of curiosity, I opened it on the app, and for the same date they had all three showings (4:00, 6:15, and 8:30), and the 4:00 showing had all 3 seating categories available!

Disney IT has always had lots of issues. Almost weekly on here there is a new thread about yet another issue. I think it is unlikely the 2 applications have different pools of ADR's. More likely it is some quirk in how the two applications access the data. I find the website easier to work it. The phone app is sometimes not formatted correctly and it just seems more clumsy to use.
