DING to Las Vegas $44 for some dates

Just wanted to post this in case you want to take a very inexpensive trip to Vegas!

We did Dec 2 to 4. This will be our first trip, not much of gamblers, but like to visit places.

How would you rate Las Vegas for a girls' weekend - not a wild, gambling kind of weekend, but for some quality time together? I'm looking to organize some time together with friends - it's been so long and we just want lots of time to relax together, chat etc.

I'd love a gorgeous spa weekend, but that's not financially feasible for everyone. Also, we are split between Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.

Any thoughts?

Packages and flights are very reasonable down there from Calgary so a lot of people do that here for a weekend getaway. Some friends of mine are doing that. Her and her dh REALLY need a bit of time away so they are going to Vegas at the end of January. I have drove through Vegas flew over it but never spent any time there because I have no desire to gamble. However there are tons of shows and ...well SHOPPING! I think your friends are very lucky to have a nice friend like you willing to organize it all. I hope you all have an awesome time it sounds like a blast!
