I also see the beginning effective date has changed to august, wasn't it June something yesterday?

Oh no. I hadn't even noticed that until you pointed it out. There have been 3 dings today and looking back, all are effective as of Aug. 1. I hope they publish August for a little while yet because I'm holding out for MDW to MCO in August.
