DING Problem - HELP!

I just downloaded DING to my new laptop. Everything appeared OK - registered my cities and the icon appears at the bottom with the newest deal. But when I turned on my computer today, the icon is gone and I can't find the program anywhere!

If I attempt to download it again, it says the program already exists, but I don't know where!

Could it be that the icon will appear when a new deal comes available?

Any ideas?

Not sure, but my icon stays in the taskbar at the bottom.

Mine disappeared once. I found the short cut and clicked on it. Next time I restarted my computer it was there again
Another thing I notice sometimes is when there is a new ding you will see a envelope on the wing of the dig. That is when I know to check it. Well I checked it today and the envelope went a way then later the dig popped up on my screen and I exited out again. I now see an envelope again but if I click it there are no specials to show. Must have a glitch sometimes.
