Ding Help

Please help someone!

I got a new computer at work, have been waiting on ding updates and wouldn't you know... I can't get ding to work on this computer.

I installed ding but when I try to put in my preferred locations and then update registration, it says unable to connect to southwest.com.

If I click on the book air, book car etc... it takes me to the site, but I can not update registration and put in my airports. I don't think I am going to get the dings!!!
HELP ME Ding experts!!!
 
If you still have a problem after reinstalling, read this from Southwest:

My firewall is preventing the application from connecting to the Internet, how can I resolve this?

If you are using a personal firewall application (i.e.: Zone Alarm?, Norton Internet Security?, etc.) check your configuration to make sure that access is enabled for the following URL’s: southwest.com and ding.southwest.com and that you have allowed access to the DING! program.

If you are using DING! from a work location and you have a connection error, the cause could be your corporate firewall. You will need to contact your Information Technology help desk for assistance. You may ask them to grant you access to the URL’s listed above.
