When we were there on December 27th, Dine with Shamu was right after the conclusion of One Ocean. Guests were actually in the process of being seated for dinner as the show was ending. Once the show finished, they let the whales into the DWS pool.
Dine With Shamu is very "informational" and less of a show. The trainers there do a lot of talking about the whales, how they are trained, what they are capable of learning, and how Seaworld is working to support sustainability in the environment. There is jumping and "entertainment" from the whales, but its not a show in the same sense that One Ocean is.
