Hi everyone. :goodvibes Can anyone tell me how the dine-in options at the AMC theater in DTD are? Is this passable food, and are the theaters set up to eat in, or do you eat somewhere out of the theaters before/after the movie?

Here is what I found:

Kevin Klose, who does the dining reviews for the DIS Unplugged Podcast, gave this high marks. And Kevin does not hive high marks lightly!

I haven't done this at WDW, but there are 2 of these theaters near me in NJ, and we love them! The wait staff can be sometimes distracting, but for the most part, not at all. The food is basic bar/grill fare, burgers and fries, some pasta and salads, etc.

Nj here as well! I've been contemplating checking this out. Do you like the Bridgewater or Garden State location better?

My family and I did this last month and found the food to be hit or miss. I ordered buffalo wings and they had no flavor. It seemed like they forgot the buffalo sauce. DH felt his sandwich was pretty good and DD10 liked her fried. Shrimp platter, but DD 15 found her pasta dish cold and hard. You eat inside the theater in the table top seating and it was nice to be able to have a mixed drink at the movies. I wasn't really expecting gourmet but the cost was high for what we got. Next time we will just eat before or after the movie and stick to popcorn during. Also, you should know that the tickets are more to eat in a fork and dine theatre.
