OK...when you upload your LO's to Photobucket, what size do you do them as? I do medium, but then they look so small when I post them here. What do you all do? Thanks!

What I do is I save my LO as a jpeg from SBC+ to a file on my computer in BEST quality (300 dpi).... then I go to it, right click on it and click "Open with Paint." Then I go into Image - resize and skew and change horizontal and vertical to 17%... this makes it the right size for just about everything.... you can upload the new full size to photobucket or a gallery or whatever..... It sounds more complicated than it is... Once you do it a couple times it takes like 30 seconds. SBC+ is kind of weird....If I save a LO as screen/web quality (72 dpi) then it is often slightly too big for uploading to the galleries... and that drives me nuts.... I never noticed the different size choices in Photobucket.... I just checked and mine are set at 1024x768 (17" screen)....

ETA -- I just went back a page and saw all of yor LOs!! You are rockin' girl! They are looking so great!!! :) :)

Here's one I did tonight.... :)

Well, thank you!:goodvibes

I upload my LO's as 600x600 for the web, does that help?

Thanks Wen!

Thanks Christy for the SBC+ info...it can be kinda quirky, so I appreciate the specifics! Also, LOVE your most recent LO! That is too cute!

My LO's are still a work in progress...some I am happier with than others, but I have just decided to do my best and move on to the next one. Otherwise, I would still be on my first page! :rotfl2:

Y'all have been such a big help with suggestions, feedback, etc! Thanks SO much!

Hi Everyone!

Heather and Diana -- thanks for hosting the last 2 challenges. Sorry I have not participated: I am done with my Disney book for the last trip so I am just cheering you all on from the sidelines.

I have not been in a scraping mood; I think because I am done with my book and I am not looking forward to the preparation to ordering the book (I still have to re-size my LOs, and decide on the order/sequence, load them to shutterfly, etc; this is the not-so-fun-part) I need to get on this.

Fran I saw a LO for Happy Scrap Girl that looked like your DS. Was that yours? It was at Zoo Boo on Oct 25th. We were going to go the same day but DS was sick. It would have been so cool to run into you there!

FYI: Sweet Shoppe Designs is still have their National Digital Scrapbook Day
sale this week. I am overwhelmed with how many kits they have.

OK, sorry for all the rambling!

Thanks for sharing all your gorgeous LOs!

Yes Suzi, the Zoo Boo was mine, I guess I didn't post it here heh.... Thanks! Here are 2 I did this weekend with Happy Scrap Girl's stuff!

I'm so, so, SO behind! I think I need to take a day and just comment here & at SM, and even then I won't catch up!!

I think this is the only LO I've done recently that I haven't posted. Another of my playoff LOs, this is Game 3 of the World Series. I still have to do a quick LO for Game 5 (the clicher!!) and the parade, woohoo! And then lots of LOs for the games I already did since I have SO many pics. ;)

There's one thing I need to do before getting back in the scrapping grove! I am so behind with working on my photopass pics. I already got a week or so extension, but I'm still NO where near finished, I know I'll never get them done. So I'm just working on that until the 10th, to finish as much as I can, and of course now, the site is down for maintance. *sigh*

Here's one I did for the Speed Scrap at SM last night:

I love all the layouts with multiple pics!

Does anyone know of any digital kits that use aluminum foil or other such elements that would work for Sci-Fi restaurant pictures.

Thanks,
Rae

Barbara,

Thank you for the foil Alpha link! I think that will work great! I also found a kit at SweetShoppe Designs called Beep Boop with some foil stars that I like.

Christy,

Your layouts are great! You seem to know exactly what colors to choose for your pictures.

Rae

I keep forgetting to post my layouts here. The first three are the ones I created with the fantastic new products that Britt released today. "Let's Kick It" may be about soccer, but there is a lot in the kit that is really versatile. Love the pretty scalloped papers and the date stamp classic is just so awesome.

My Sister – One of the things I am most thankful for is my sister. She is not only my sister, but my best friend.

Bear Facts – Mei Xiang is the National Zoo's female panda. I was happy when she came closer to us so that I could get some good shots of her.

Beary Cute - Me when I was little. The bear in the photo was from the photo studio.

Where everybody knows your name – From today's daytime Speed Scrap at SM. When we were in Boston last year my sister and I had an awesome lunch at the replica Cheers in Faneuil Hall. It was a lot of fun. The food was really good, too. Though the pickles were pretty nasty.

A few older ones I don't think I posted before:

Movie Night – This was the layout I did the other night for the nighttime Speed Scrap at SM. Cassie decided she wanted to pick a movie to watch. It was so cute. And this is only a small fraction of my sister's movie collection.

Ship of Dreams – I don't think I posted this one before. Its of me at Titanic the Experience in Orlando.

Silly Little Bear – This was the one I did for the Speed Scrap at SM Christy hosted last week. Its of Tai Shan at the National Zoo in Washington DC.

Here's one I did for the Speed Scrap at SM this afternoon:
