where did you get the cool elements-cindy's pumpkin, the Mermaid stuff, is it clip art? Have not been able to figure out how to incorporate clip art
The Cinderella page was made from a wonderful princess kit from Glenda Ketchum (the kit is huge and had elements for Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White & Belle) Glenda has many other Disney-ish kits for sale if you want to check them out there is a link to her kits in the first post of this thread: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1310733

As per the Mermaid stuff...yes it is clip art. What I have do is find the clip art image I want to use and then I download it onto my computer. I then open it up in Paint Shop Pro which is the program I use for digital scrapping and I 'erase' the background then copy/paste it into my layout.

A couple more that I did. I'm not super happy with them so any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. I won't be offended - promise!!

I still have Frontierland to do, and then the parade pics. Then I'm done with my one day solo trip. I think I took just as many pictures, if not more, being alone than I do when I have the entire family with me! LOL!

These are great! Your color picks were great and I love how you put mike under the page corner (great idea!) If you don't mind I would like to scraplift that idea.

Wow you ladies are inspiring me to get cracking on my Disney trip pages from my last 2 trips.

Kimberly - I love the pages...especially your Monster's Inc page.

Fran - the reel is by Manda Bean at Sweet Shoppe Disigns ( www.sweetshoppedesigns.com ) LOVE that place!!!!

Lisa --To be honest.. i have no idea. :( We went down the Kangamagus (SP??) Highway, followed a map of "stops" to make, and hiked into the woods about a mile and found this spot.. it was beautiful, and to think would have missed it if we never stopped!!

Hi everyone -

Quick Question.. You know all those frames that are starting to show up in kits. The ones that kinda curve out of the two sides (here is an example from Gina Millers Blog http://ginamiller.typepad.com/live_laugh_love/images/2007/05/22/_cookies.jpg ) has anyone run into a tutorial to make them? I've tried it solo but with bad :) results. I have photoshop cs2 and paint shop pro so either will work.

Thanks

Kelly

i love bent frames but no, haven't seen any tutorials on them. I imagine it's skewing the rectangle and then adding shadows... but I could be wrong.

Although I haven't figured it out yet, it is actually the shadows that you are messing with that give the allusion of a bent frame (I learned this from one of my designer friends). I haven't found a tutorial on it either (maybe I will nag my friend she promised me one ages ago).

Kelly - I can't help you either but I would not even attempt to try to make that myself. I would probably just buy a template...LOL

Let's see if I can post links yet. Here is some that I have done in the past (kinda forgot I had scrapped our honeymoon already).
