I love the story about the wedding ring! Oh, he must have felt awful, poor dear. And yes, he sure made it up to you.

I finally got some time to scrap again tonight. Woo hooo!!! Hosted a speed scrap over at Digi Scrap Depot and wow! I thought doing a speed scrap was stressful.... I realized about halfway through how behind I was. And I didn't even know what instruction was coming next either. I just made it up as I went along. But you'd think at least I'd have sense enough to look at what was in my "box of supplies" before I put out an instruction to use a flower or button or something round before I realized that I don't have that many buttons and flowers, even grungy ones, just didn't look right with the LO! LOL LOL

Anyway... here's what I came up with. I can't believe my baby... my baby boy... is 13. Ugh!

Yes he did and I love my ring. He recently got the itch for me to have a ring closer to what I originally had, so he surprised me this year with another set in gold. but .

I am right there with you. My daughter was 13 in August and that I could almost deal with, but she is now taller than me! Don't think for a minute she lets me forget that either.

Yeah, Joey keeps trying to get on his tippytoes when he's around me, but I bring him right back down.

What's wierd is when I have to get in my 15yo's face... he's about 6' now but that doesn't matter a bit to me... I'll get right up in his face. It's wierd, though, chastizing someone you are looking up at.
