Not sure if I'm going to be able to post later today, so I just wanted to say goodbye to everyone. :) I'll be at Disney in less than 24 hours! I'll be back next Wed. Don't make any cute LOs while I'm gone. :P

I hope you have a fun and safe trip, Heather! Can't wait to see your pics!

We'll miss you this week!

You guys have been super busy!!! Everyone's lo's are great!
I just haven't been in the mood to scrap yet since the cruise -- still feel like i am trying to get my new schedule with work and dd's in school down pat.. I've been in bed by like 9pm each night.. lol

But, you guys are rockin'!

Susan: LOVE that pup!!!

Heather: have a great time in WDW!!

Caitsmama: I know how you feel. Sometimes you just gotta relax! By the way, welcome back!

I have not yet scrapped the cover of my book, but here are pages 1, 2, and 3 (page 2 and 3 will be next to each and do not coordinate, but doing that throughout the entire book will just hurt my brain!)

Put the glasses in DD because her eyes were 1/2 shut and she looked bizarre

the idea for using the map was scrap lifted from Melissa (Yzerbear)! Thanks Melissa!
Thanks for looking!

Wow Suzi!! You are off to a rockin' start! Your LOs are awesome. I couldn't bring my brain to coordinate all of the 2 pagers either... too much work, and I kept adding another page and messing up my flow! I like how you included the little map on the travel page. :)

I finished this one today.... was playing around with some new brushes by Happy Scrap Girl.... :)

great LOs everyone, I didn't realize you were from Indiana Suzi! I'm in Kokomo.

Yes, I am (don't know if I mean that with a "!!" or just a "..")
I am in Indianapolis, but I grew-up in Marion, which is just around the corner from you in Kokomo. It's A Small World!

Christy, Melissa Thanks for the compliments. Melissa -- that map thing was an idea I got from one of your LOs. Christy, I didn't know you are on a CT! Congrats!

Suzi, beautiful job!!! Love the opening pages!!

Christy, nice brush work! Very fun!!

There are some freebie quick pages available on Jeni's blog if anyone is interested :goodvibes http://www.jeniscraftyblog.blogspot.com/

Also did this one... it is actually just a quick page from Britt's Leave the World Behind Kit... I just added the title and journaling. The alpha is from her Fairchild Kit... I LOVE how it recolors! It RAINED HARD the night of our Pirates in the Carribean deck party.... the fireworks got postponed and they moved the party inside.... but not before we stood outside waiting, getting soaked in the rain! LOL!

Maggie Very fun pics! Green hair -- oh, to be young again!
Christy Are you tired of hearing this "great LOs" I especially like the school-one. Very pretty kit; I like that tree. I can't buy anymore kits; I need to scrap with the ones I have. The problem is that I buy faster than I scrap.

The problem is that I buy faster than I scrap.

LOL! That's me... I've kind of had to cut myself off... or at least not buy a kit unless I have pics that I am absolutely going to use with it RIGHT now.... I have themed kits that I bought because they were cute and may never use!

I just started working on pictures I took at the Jonas Brothers concert that I took my DD to in August. I have enough pics to do a whole album. I'm thinking of doing enough LO's to fill up a book, have it printed and giving it to her for Christmas. Here is the title page:

Do you think it needs anything else? I keep wanting to add more stuff, but I don't want to overwhelm the photo. Thanks for looking!

Kim

Wow -- Kim! I think it looks perfect.... I can't see anything I would change...The LO accentuates the picture so well. That's an amazing shot... did you snap that with your own camera?? My pics from concerts and shows NEVER come out looking good.

Thanks! I just keep wanting to add something else, but sometimes I think I get too carried away.

Yes! I did take that picture! I was SO pleased with how my photos came out. I set my camera's setting to the "sports" mode, so the shutter was really quick. There was enough lighting on the stage to get some good shots. It also helped that we were down front, so we were really close to the action! They are certainly not professional shots, but they turned out pretty good for a point-and-shoot photographer, if I do say so myself. Ha, ha! ;)

Here is the one I did today. We dressed Cassie up in a devil costume for cats that we found at Petsmart. Isn't she the cutest little devil? :) I told my sister she needs to put it on Cassie on Halloween and answer the door with her. :) :rotfl:

Kim That LO is just wow. I wouldn't put anything else on it. That LO should be all about the photo.

Melissa Very cute!

QuiltyMom Very nice. That kit works really well for those pics.

Here are 2 more from me. The first one is about the computers they have at DHS where you are asked several questions and they tell you which Disney character you are most like. We only spent a few minutes there, but we still laugh about DH being paired with Jafar(!) -- all because he gave some silly answers to the questions.
