Melissa: Great Nemo! Another great use for that kit.

Here's my last one tonight. I swear! I am soooo late for bed. Tomorrow is going to be so FUN! :rotfl2: But when you're going, sometimes it's hard to stop KWIM?

Template by Mandagirl, kit by Britt, but y'all knew that, right? ;)

Just as an aside, you can actually go inside this castle and upstairs where they tell the Sleeping Beauty story in stainglass. You can also walk around outside on the turrets. Such amazing views of the park. They really utilize this castle for the best effect. I've often felt the castle in Orlando is pretty, but could be better utilized from a space standpoint. They really do that here. I hope everyone gets a chance to see it in person one day.

Great layouts, Lauren! Beautiful! I'm SO jealous. My son has been there and loved it. Now, if I can only talk my husband into going. Every time we're in London, I keep thinking that we should hop over to DP for a day. Maybe next time.

Here's a couple I've done recently with Britt's stuff.

Last week's Speed Scrap:

Pooh: You have got to go! It's amazing. Make sure you take someone with good eyesight with you though. The line areas are dark! And the area to see the dragon is so dark my DH had to lead me in and then lead me back out. Totally worth it though. The dragon actually moves around and everything!

Fran: I thought I was on a roll! I love your sweet dreaming LO. That's how I feel after a day at EPCOT too!

Everything by Miss Britt, here's today's:

Beautiful work ladies, I love seeing so many different takes on the same kits. Just proves how awesome our Miss Britt is at what she does. Stennogodess, just loving your Paris pics. A dragon, wow! And Fran, loving that Pooh LO, too cute!

Well, I said I was going to lift Christy's(disneycruiser) "Wouldn't You Think..." and I did. You can see her LO here: http://scrapmatters.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-7183
Click mine for credits. There's stuff from Britt of course and Ellie Lash.

Lauren -- you are on a roll! Terrific layouts! Love the castle one! I didn't know about the dragon!

Fran -- you've been busy, too! Beautiful job! It looks like y'all have a fun time together.

Wenrob -- Awwwwwwwww! What a sweet layout! It makes me want to work on baby layouts now. I really like the way you included the date strip! Awesome job!

Susan: Start saving your pennies to go! I really just loved this park. As far as landscaping goes, I think it is the pretties of the parks. So far anyway. I still have two to go, but I don't think I'm going to Hong Kong anytime soon.

I got my photo of Robin Hood! I just love him. I couldn't get his autograph or a personal photo though. *sniff* Why you ask? Well, because they don't use the line with a handler system in Paris. They use the make a mass huddle around the character and push and shove your way up there system. These guys have no handlers! It was just them and the masses, and the masses were not well-behaved. I don't know how they did it. I tried to scrum for the picture/autograph but the pushing around really started to freak me out so I gave it up.

Oh, well. Got what I needed for my LO. And, really, isn't that the whole point anyway?? :rotfl2:

Here's the another one I prescrapped. I did this one for a challenge. The LO totally changed as originally there were supposed to be photos of both of us leaving. Why am I never in the picture? *sign* If you look on the counter you can see my purse! LOL Just to sell ABD a little more, the adventure guides take photos of you all the time and give you a few of them as a gift. So there's actually some proof that I was there.

Here are 2 of the ones I got done today. The layouts are of the United States Air Force Thunderbirds from the 2008 Battle Creek Air and Balloon Festival. My brother, his wife, my sister, and I went went down there on Saturday for the airshow. The Thunderbirds are my favorite!!! I just love sound of the jets! The show was AWESOME!!! There wasn't a cloud in the sky and they did the "high" show. Just awe inspiring!!! All photos were taken by my brother whose camera had a better zoom than mine.

Ahhhh, how cute! He looks soooo cute. Cuter than the one I saw at WDW last year. I know what you mean about the shoving and pushing, it was like that at Disneyland too. Most of them didn't have handlers and the ones that did, no one listened to. I remember poor Flik was trying to get to the designated spot but kept getting mobbed and his handler couldn't stop it. I definitely prefer the order at WDW to the chaos of the pushing and shoving. Great layout! I'm glad you got a photo of Robin Hood. :)

Melissa: I can't believe you actually got shots of them! I tried ones and got a very nice blur. :rotfl:

Here's my latest one for the night. I used Britt's Leave the World Behind kit. I used one of my quickpages from the kit as inspiration, but I needed more photo area. It's bright, but I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

Kelly: Thanks so much! That's such a cool idea.

Here's the one I've been working on all night. I'm not sure about it. I don't know if I need to label the rides, or if I need to leave it alone. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Papers etc. by Britt. Map is our actual map.

Either ride names or maybe instead of that, since we all know them... arrows to some of them on the map and maybe some adjectives on other ride pics... like "favorite" or "love it" or whatever else you feel about those rides. Or if you want to be map-ish... you could use the numbers off the map and have matching numbers on your pics.

I'd also suggest more staples/clips/fasteners. Mix it up! You have some things fastened but not others (the pics), so maybe try fastening them all in different ways.

It looks great! What about numbers on the pictures themselves to tie the picture back to the attraction? You could put the number actually on the picture, use a tab, or staple (or sew) a number to the picture.

Great LO! I am so excited to see these pictures! My DD and I are going twice next year, first in March with her French class and again in June for her senior trip.

I love this and will be scraplifting it for our trip! I agree with some of the posts that maybe numbering the pics with their corresponding areas/rides would be great. LOVE IT!

Feeling sad cause I'm at work and my hard drive with all my scrap stuff on it is at home...:sad2:
