Digital Scrapbooking

I have a ton of digital pictures and want to start digital scrapbooking. Where do I start? Is there a program to buy?

I use StoryBook Creator Plus from Creative Memories. I really like it!

Another vote for Storybook Creator Plus - I have used both Photoshop Elements and Storybook Creator Plus and I found Storybook Creator Plus much more user friendly and easier to learn.

I recently downloaded Photoshop CS3 and know just enough to get started. My oldest DD is a graphic design major so I keep having to ask her how to do things, but I'm getting there. Good luck!
