Digital pictures home ?

A friend of mine will be staying at Port Orleans next week and he was wondering if it is possible to send digital pictures home to his family from the resorts. Will he need to bring a lap top with & can he use a phone card to just use a phone line from the room instead of paying the WDW cost of a call. Doeas WDW have PC's in ant of the resorts

I think it would be easier if he brought his laptop. I use my calling card when using my laptop at the resorts. But if it is local it will still be 75 cents a call charged on your bill.
