Digital Picture Downloading

Anyone have suggestions for purging one's memory card (burning to CDROM, etc.) while on DW premises? I am staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge for 5 nights starting May 20, and I only have a 128mb external memory card for my d.c. Is there somewhere on the grounds I can do this? or do I just invest $$$ on a 512mb card! Help!!!

Great question. I am interested in this answer as well since I don't have a laptop to assist with the downloading.

It's a "digital wallet", which you could download pics to.

Thing is, it's so expensive that depending on how many pics you're planning on taking, you might be better off just buying additional memory.

Memory is so inexpensive today, (just saw a 256 card at www.buy.com for $34 after rebate) that not having sufficient memory for all your needs is not wise. JMO. 512 memory is generallymore than twice as much as 2 256's.

I think there is a spot to do that in the photo store on Main Street at MK. I'm pretty sure I saw some sort of machine that allowed you to do that. I would call MK's photo store and ask them.

I agree in the long run you are better off buying more memory. The cost of burning a CD at WDW is excessive in my opinion. I think if I remember right from a post a while ago it will cost around $20 just to download one card. If you buy more memory you got it for future use. The Digital Wallet is no longer being made the company is out of buisness. I have it and it works fine.
