Digital Cameras....

I want to buy a digital camera for Christmas, only thing is I don't know ONE THING about them! Don't want the most expensive...maybe a 3.2 megapixel. But I'm not sure what to look for such as optical zoom, digital zoom, type of media chip, etc. Any advice? Anyone just love their camera???

I do just love my camera
It is idiot proof
I just don't have time with two kids, a cat, a puppy, DH, and a full time job to read all kinds of manuals etc.
I have the Kodak easy share
It is really easy to download, print picture, and emailing picture is a cinch.
I wanted it to email picture to my parents mostly. They live in a different state.
I think its 4.0 mega pixel
It's a nice camera and I think I paid $329 for it.
