Hey guys quick question. If you take a digital camera or camcorder to the parks and you go on either water rides or regular rides, do you take the cameras and use them or what do you do to protect your cameras while on water rides, etc....

We usually leave our real camera and camcorder in our room when we go to the watrer parks. Run out to your neighborhood store and buy a couple of the one time use water proof cameras. I think they run about $10 or so. That way they dont get ruined and if you happen to lose it, you havent lost a several hundred dollar camera.

Were not going to the water parks, but on the water rides. You know splash and Kali. Any suggestions?

Ooops, sorry. In that case, bring a couple of large size ziploc bags and double bag the cameras. Kali has a section in the middle of the raft to store stuff. Most of the other "water" rides, you can hold on to your camera yourself.

Another idea is to go to your local outdoors store or high end camera shop and buy a water proof bag designed just for that purpose. That seems to me like overkill though. I have never had a problem if I use two ziploc bags inside one another.

Oh very cool. We didn't know that kali had a middle compartment where you can store stuff. That makes us feel so much better. Thank you soooo much.

You are welcome. Have a wonderful trip and congratulations on getting married. My wife and I had our honeymoon at WDW and have been hooked ever since.

I bet it will be the same for us. WE can't wait. You have a magical trip as well.
