Hi! I'm new here and new to scrapping, both paper and digi. I am just learning digi scrapping as it is more my personality. Although I love looking at paper scrapbooks, I'm not fond of personally having all those pieces everywhere. LOL

So, that brings me to a problem. I want to do autograph albums for my two preschoolers for when we go to Disney but not sure how to combine digi scrapping and autograph albums. Anyone have ideas? Links to cool sites with disney like pages and other doodads? Pics of your digi scrap autograph books?

After reading through as many threads as I could handle, I'm leaning towards just bringing tags (made from cardstock?) so that I can later make 6X6 albums for the kids with siggie on one side and picture on the other side but not sure since I'd also like to have them covered in some way to prevent sticky fingers on the siggies.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

If you want to do the digital scrapbooking you could always buy the autograph books for them at the parks then when you get back, scan in each signature and then incorporate it into your digital layout. That way your children won't get the pages dirty and they have something to take to school to show everyoen, its easy for the characters to sign, its easy to scan, and you won't have the clutter of the paper scrapbooking supplies.

I used plain blank index cards on our last trip for autographs. The autographs in a book are a bit bulky to scan in without ripping the pages out.

I have never had a problem scanning things from books with my scanner and I've scanned some pretty big books before. And I don't think the autograph books are bulky. When we were there I saw some people using index cards and it seemed that the characters were having problems signing those because there wasn't a hard surface and small in size.
