I called yesterday and was told there was only 9:30 available for Hoop dee doo for my entire 3 day stay and Le Cellier was all booked. They asked if I had the dining plan and I said I did not yet but may add it later. I also asked if they usually get alot of cancellations and the CM said it is very rare.
I called back today and they had any day I wanted for Hoop dee doo and any time. They also had Le Cellier. I was asked again if I had the dining pla n and I said no this time.
Is this normal? Can I choose to get the dining plan after I had already made these reservations.
