Difficulty logging into My DVC this morning??

Anyone else?? I have tried from iPad, phone and laptop and cannot get in
 
I can't log in either. I was able to log in to the MDE website but that doesn't help much when I want to check DVC availability - just suggests that only DVC is down, not the entire go.com network.
 

I called and the rep said that she could log in with no issue and told me to try deleting temp files/cookies and/or use Chrome. None of which worked so she finally did some more checking and said that there might be an issue and they were looking into it.

Same here. I'm a new member and just got my info to log in this morning. I was on successfully for about 10 minutes. I'm so glad that I made my first reservation over the phone this morning.
 
I can log in but the search availability tool is not working for me. My brand new resale points just got added to my account and I want to make a reservation. GRRRR.
 
Is the DVC member site down for anyone else? At first it told me that my login credentials were incorrect. Now the login page won't load at all and I get an apology message.
 
I know this is a slightly different topic, but is anyone having trouble booking this morning? The site is working, but the booking page is done. Of course today is 7 months for me :mad:
 
I see that too. I've been waiting for our 7 month window. Ugh. I guess I'll have to call. :(
 
I posted about this a little earlier...the booking page was down...and at my 7 month window for Aulani! Got our reservation after a half hour on the phone, but can't see my reservation to know if it was done correctly, because that part of the site is down, too.
 
Same problem here. I can log in, check availability, but the minute I try to book/cancel my home resort reservation I can't get anything to load. I had to call member services at 9am.
 
I just got an email saying the website will be down for planned maintenance at 5:30 pm Tuesday, May 10 and until sometime on May 11.
 
There is some sort of weekly database maintenance that runs Sunday night and always runs into Monday, causing these issues. The tables are most likely locked (inaccessible) until it's complete. This is a weekly ritual. Come back next Monday morning for a repeat!
