different sort of DISign request

Hi to all of the very talented DISigners!
I am looking for something a little different...and wondering if anyone can help?

I am hoping for a tattoo design, with DDs name in it. Great story to go along with how I chose it...I was actually on the Magic, back in Aug 1998, saw a shooting star one night, and wished for a little girl. Found out I was pregnant that September, and had my baby girl in May 1999!!!

I want it the design to say:
When you wish upon a star... and somehow have the name Meg incorporated into it, maybe in a star in the sky or something like that?

Not sure if this is even something that people would DISign, but thought this was the best place to start!
