Different info from title co vs broker.

My title company states they are still waiting for signed closing docs from the seller. My broker says my new deed is with Disney being recorded. Can both of these be true? No one will give me the complete picture/timeline. I am so done with this brokerage.

Nope...both can not be true...if you are buying a FL property, keep checking the OCC site to see if it shows your new deed. If it does, then the broker wins!
