Different families from here combining for Grand Gatherings?

We have two trips this summer, both times we are short people to be able to do the Wishes cruise. This looks like a lot of fun. Has anyone from the boards been able to hook up with another family to book this?

They have Wishes cruises like they have Iluminations cruises and you pay a flat $120 (plus gratuity for captain). They hold a max of 12 people so you could always share the cruise and the cost with another family.
The Grand Gathering event would be a bit harder since you will need a Grand Gathering number that links everyone in your party together.

But the Wishes cruise wouldn't have Peter Pan and all that, right?

If I found another family going the same time as me that was interested could I not book it? Has anyone tried doing this?

Your right no Peter Pan. If they told you what resort they were staying at You might be able to get a grand gathering number and if so you could book some of those events providing you atleast 8 people (children under 3 do not count).
