Different Color MB for Different Days?

We are getting quite a collection of different colored MBs!

Can I bring them all on our vacation and wear a different color for each day? Or are they trip-specific?

If I can wear a different color each day, do I need to do anything to make sure the right MB is activated for the day?

Absent a malfunction and absent your purposefully going into your MDE account and shutting them down, all the bands you have assigned to a particular quest should work for that guest during any given trip. The bands themeselves are simply communicators assigned to the particular guest on the MDE account. They communicate with your MDE account via wireless at WDW and whatever is active in your account can be done with any band that has been previously assigned to a guest in your MDE account.

All 10 of us used multiple MBs over 10 days in January with no issues. I have all seven colors and have used each one multiple times.

OP, as long as the bands show as active in your MDE profiles you should be all set.

MBs simply identify you as "you." Not much more, and not much less actually. Everything that's needed to be known about "you" in any given transaction or interaction is obtained from the master files hosted on the servers.

So... as mentioned above, as long as any particular band is active, you are good to go.

At least that's how it's supposed to work in theory. I've had mixed results with room/resort entry. There's something that can happen so not all will work at the doors. And there's something that can happen so that none work at the doors.
