Different AKV categories

So what is the difference between a Value and a Standard accomodation at AKV? Size? Layout?

Value rooms are supposed to be smaller than others, but will have a wide variety of possible views (at least in the studios). Expect the 1 BR to sleep 4 and the 2 BR to sleep 8, not 5 and 9. Because smaller than usual rooms more often result during a conversion rather than new construction, I would expect most (if not all) of the value rooms to be in the current building.

Standard view rooms will not have savanna views, but will be the same size as a typical unit. Expect the 1 BR to sleep 5 and the 2 BR to sleep 9. Although they might have any other view, I would expect most (if not all) of them to have a pool view, at least in the current building. Parking view may be a possibility when the new building opens in 2009.

Actually, our guide said standard view rooms WILL have savanna views, but are not guaranteed to have them. Since 78% of all rooms will be savanna view, there will be some in each catagory, and we were told that many Standard view rooms would have savanna view, but would not be guaranteed like Savanna view would be.

I'm curious about the new AKV - is there a link that someone can post me to get more info? We are not owners, but have contacted a guide and are considering. We will do a tour when staying at the CR during spring break. We are being pushed to purchase right now before March 3 ( I think that is the date) when price per point and point minimum go up. Right now, AKV is not open to non-members. Does anyone know when that will change? A big reason why I'm more interested is because it is my understanding that a 1 BR will sleep 5 while a 1 BR at SSR will not. Can someone help? Is that correct? Thanks!

This may have been answered already, so I appologize if it has. Can you request a type of view in the value rooms (yes, I know-requests are not guarantees)?
