I’m sure this has been asked before but I can’t find anything on it. Are all 11B sideways cabins the same layout? It seems like I recall reading something that said some doors open in front of the couch, whereas in other cabins the door is more in front of the bed?
Thanks

On the Magic, we have stayed in both 6011 and 6015. The door opens in the middle, but one has the bed to the left and couch and bathroom/closet on right and the other has the bed on the right and bathroom/closet to the left. I preferred the bed to the left, 6011 but we did two cruises last in 6015 which has the bed to the right.

Only a few 11B staterooms are “sideways” rooms; most are the typical layout. The sideways rooms have the door entering into the middle of the room — essentially into the “living room” area with the couch; the bed is to one side and the bathroom and closet to the other. A typical layout has the door entering at the end by the closet and bathroom, proceed into the living room area with couch, and the bed is at the far end opposite the door. I believe the actual room layout is the same, the difference being location of the door entrance into the room. But again, only a few interior rooms are “sideways.”

Enjoy your cruise!
