Differences between these hotels?

We are thinking about squeezing in a 'budget' trip for the kids birthday this spring. For us we always go all out at Disney so this will be a little different. I'm looking at a Alaska Air package with Good Neighbor hotel. For about $150 give or take from the total (entire stay) they have these choices (from lowest price to highest):

Clarion Hotel Anaheim
Tropicana Inn & Suites
Camelot Inn
Howard Johnson (I've heard good things but a bit of a walk?)
BW Anaheim
BW Park Place (this is actually $285 more overall but very close right?)

We are a family of 5. Kids are 3, 5 and 7. We are totally used to sleeping in a king bed or 2 queens no problem. Kids are snuggly. :) We'd go late April so while we might swim once we probably won't do a ton of swimming (I know HoJo has a nice pirate pool). In all our DLH trips we've swam once! Too chilly for us wimps. Continental breakfast would be nice but not needed we can do Mimi's/1 character meal/stuff at the coffee shop even. Clean room, close to park. We'd shuttle bus there - so parking not an issue.

Is there any one that stands out to you as a for sure no? Which would you pick if you had to?

FWIW, HoJo is maybe 5 more minutes longer of a walk than Tropicana, and Tropicana is almost directly across from the main entrance plaza.

Camelot is a tiny bit further away than Tropicana.

Here's a simple map.

Nice map as well.

I totally understand the cuddliness of kids, but you gotta be legal within fire code standards. So don't cram into a tiny room by leaving off any kids (which you can't with a package anyway).

As for the packages, the Alaska Air package tends to have really HIGH adult fares, to make up for the free kids. So be really really sure that you're getting a good *total* price. Compare and contrast it to normal airfare for each with the deals YOU can get (for instance, HoJo kids suite with entertainment rate, or even the 15% off disboards (disney fan) rate) on the hotels.
