Difference in mugs

Hi I didn't know where to post this question so I figured it was ok here.
Are the refillable mugs only available at ones resort or are there refillable mugs you can purchase at the parks to be used only at the parks? I know the mugs bought @ the resort can only be used there.....so I was wondering about the parks.
If there are mugs for use in the park, is it a mug per park or is there a general one to be used at all the parks?
Last question...
Where does one purchase a park mug? That is if there is such a thing!

Unfortunately, there isn't a park mug. AK does have a refillable cup but you need to pay for the refills.

I think the Water Parks have refillable mugs. But since I have never been to one, not sure. Anyone know for sure?

There are no mugs for the parks.

The water parks do have refillable mugs but they are only good on the date of your visit (they use a barcode sticker that you have to scan every time you fill it up). The mugs are like $10 or something like that... BUT, you can bring it back with you the next time you go, and get a new sticker for something like half the price.
