Difference in Lunch and Dinner Menus?

Since we're leaving for Europe in a week, we plan on making our DLP dining reservations in the next couple of days. We'd like to eat at Walt's and the Blue Lagoon.

When looking at menus online, I've only been able to find one menu for each place. Is there a different lunch menu, or do they have the same menu all day?

I think we're going to book one lunch and one dinner. I was kind of hoping that lunch would be a bit cheaper.

Both Walts and Blue Lagoon are open from lunch right through dinner, so its the same menu and same price. Both however do an express lunch at lunchtime, one main course from a restricted menu, plus a cafe gourmand, for around 20 euros.
