We've never eaten at either one. But next trip, DH wants to have spaghetti for lunch one day. I see both restaurants have spaghetti. So what's the difference in the two restaurants? Is one more casual? Quiet?

Via Napoli is more casual and specializes in pizza. Tutto Italia is nicer and specializes in traditional Italian meals. Tutto Italia offers selections from all regions of Italy. Via Napoli has only southern Italy dishes. Tutto Italia is probably quieter as it is less family oriented and marketed more towards couples.

However. You are going to find Tutto Italia full of families. Not necessarily lots of couples.

I've never considered Tutto Italia to be specifically marketed to adults. It's a different type of food and atmosphere, that's all, they do still offer a children's menu. Now the wine cellar next door, that is a different thing.
