Difference between UPH and PHP?

UPH are length of stay starting when you check in and expiring on midnight of the day you check out and only available at WDW resorts. A good deal if you're coming in early your fist day and leaving late your last. PHP like other PH's just have days on them that you use up and are good until all the days are used up. The pluses are added on and can be waterparks or miniature golf.

The plus features on PHPs available to the general public cover admissions to the waterparks, WWoS and Pleasure Island. They do not provide admission to Disney Quest or to the miniature golf courses.

Some special convention tickets have DQ or PI as a plus but they don't include the waterparks or WWoS. However, these are not readily available to the general public.

There's a very good explanation about the "Plus Features" on Deb Wills' site:

OH Good! That means I did the right thing by buying separate DQ passes when I switched from UPH to PHP.

About how much does it cost for Minature golf?

I wanted to know if there is any way to buy UPH is you are not staying at Disney. I figure you can buy everything else...why not? Also, if you go to the Disney Official page and click on certain countries(Germany for example) they come up with VERY cheap rates. Does anyone know if ANYBODY can order these tickets? How are they supposed to tell you are from Germany anyway? I am just curious and THANK GOD there is a board like this where people will answer your questions:smooth: .

Unless the policy has changed recently, UPH's were only offered to on-site resort guests. It was activated to start on the date you check in through the end of your check-out day.

That's really interesting about the Germany thing. Is is possible that the pricing is in German marks and not US$?

From my experience, items in German Marks costs more in US money - does that make sense? I have purchased items from Germany before, and had to convert the money over - so what looks like a cheap amount, is actually more in US dollars....as I said before, if that makes sense

NOPE...it was in US dollars. There is a disclaimer on the Disney site where you can have everything show in US dollars. It was the cheapest price that I have EVER seen on a 4day hopper. It was on te Mousesavers site but I haven't seen it for a little bit so I am not sure.

Hmm...that is interesting. Unless you need to provide you are a resident of Germany, I don't know what would stop someone from purchasing them....they may only ship them to Germany - but if not, that is very interesting.
