Hi all,

I'm seeing that Bay Lake has a "soft goods" refurbishment planned. Can someone tell me the difference between "soft goods" refurbishment and other types? What other types of refurbs does Disney do to hotel rooms/villas?

Thanks for clarifying,
Marina :cutie:

They way i understand is that a soft goods refurb is more decorative, like comforters, carpets, pictures, etc. Maybe the small appliances.

Yep. Soft goods usually refers to less durable items like fabrics, or items covered with fabric ( including mattresses) and bedding, curtains, pillows.

Other room refurbs might include replacing hard goods ( furniture), plumbing upgrades, painting, electrical work, or appliance upgrades.
