I called Disney Travel this last week about the Premium plan. Although they did not have a brochure, I had them check and a number of Epcot restaurants (in France, Morocco, Japan and China) and Downtown Disney (Fulton's, Earl of Sandwich, etc) are included in the Premium plan, and not the Dining Plus.

And yes, all meals can all be sit-down restaurants.

I just upgraded our package from the Plus Dining to the Premium Package, and the CM told me that a lot more restaurants were included on the plan than on the Plus Dining Plan. She said most of the restaurants at Epcot and Downtown Disney were included as well (it sounded like the same ones as on the Gold Plan before). Anyone get any conflicting information with this? I don't want to plan to eat at a bunch of these restaurants and then find out they are NOT on the plan.
