Difference between Diet Coke and Coke Zero?

Planogirl - you are in luck - they do make Vanilla Coke Zero it is DHs favorite, Me...I prefer Diet Coke.

As to Vanilla Coke Zero - not all stores stock it - here in NH Walmart and two major grocery chains (Hannaford and Market Basket) do not typically carry Vanilla Zero but Shaw's (another major grocery store in New england) does carry Vanilla Zero. They may only have 4 Vanilla 12 packs on hand at any given time but they do make it.

At the very least get yourself a 20 oz at a convenience store so you can try the vanilla - I don't personally like it but DH says it is the best.

Am I the only one that thinks that regular Coke zero tastes like cinnamon? Hubby tells me I'm crazy but it just think it is bleh....

I'll keep an eye out for it. I just loved the Vanilla Diet Coke that was out for a while and since I like Coke Zero I think I would love a vanilla version.

Hmmmmm... I love cinnamon so maybe that's why I like Coke Zero?

It may just be where it's made. The Dr. Pepper you buy here locally tastes different than the Dublin DP you buy in Dublin, TX. Why? I have not a clue.

Isn't it because the Dublin version uses pure sugar cane? I believe that the sweetener is different.

I have been drinking diet soda for 30 years. The only diet soda I can not stand is Diet Coke. I was reluctant to even try Coke zero...but I'm so glad that I did. I really like it.

That's what it taste like!!! I kept thinking I had tasted it before but had forgotten all about Tab. Blech! I hated Tab and hate Coke Zero.

Actually, I would prefer regular Coke to anything else but will settle with diet coke to avoid all the calories.

NO WAY!!! IMHO, TAB was disgusting and a big reason I didn't drink diet soda. It has a big, gross after taste.

Coke Zero has no after taste and sometimes I wonder if I'm drinking diet soda or not!
